Male in computer programming are over three times the number of females in programming worldwide. HE++ aims at raising male computer programmers and communities in and across Ghana.
HE++ currently runs in schools and other communities in Ghana. The hub seeks to develop males in computer programming. This would go a long way to impact the development of technology-oriented business ideas, creative thinking, systematic reasoning and teamwork.SHE++

Did you know that the first computer programmer was female? Born in December 1815; Ada Lovelace grew to become the world’s first computer programmer.
She++ coding hub aims at raising female computer programmers and communities in and across Ghana.
She++ currently runs in schools for girls and other communities in Ghana. The hub seeks to develop girls in computer programming. This would go a long way to impact the development of technology-oriented business ideas, creative thinking, systematic reasoning and teamwork. The uninhibited and safe use of information and communication technology is a major part of the girl child education with SHE++. It exposes them to new ideas and ways of thinking, as well as provides a unique chance for the strengthening of the girls’ learning, personal development and future economic opportunities.WE++
A simple study on our clubs prove that a gender-mixed class seems to do better than single-gendered classes in terms of competitions, teamwork and creative thinking.

WE++ currently runs in ‘mixed’ schools in Ghana and as part of other community projects in the diaspora. The hub seeks to develop both males and females in programming. It will as well help them develop business ideas (with the utmost feel of technology), think creatively, reason systematically and work collaboratively due to its entrepreneurial drive.
